Magic for
your memories!

I grew up sipping herbal tea with my mom (which I didn't like at first at all!). Over the years it became a favorite past time between the two of us.

 My first fairy tea party was with my niece as a "favor" to my sister.  Little did I know how much it would affect me. It was magical, and created a spark in me that led to a desire to be a part of a living fairy world.

Years later, I had a daughter who was born with a complicated medical diagnosis. A few weeks after she came home from a long NICU stay, I took her (oxygen, feeding tubes, and all) to fairy tea at Thanksgiving Point. It was so beautiful! And it made life feel beautiful. It allowed me to escape the hard realities for a little while and remember that life is just as beautiful.

After that, one of our older daughters and my sister encouraged me to start doing our own fairy tea each year. It seemed like a fun undertaking. Before I knew it, we were making giant flowers and fairy houses, giant butterflies, etc. Fairy tea, felt like an escape from life for just a while. Although our yearly tradition continues, we've now used the flowers for birthdays and showers, weddings, and just decor in bedrooms. We've seen them used everywhere from a doTERRA party, to the Miss Teen Utah pageant, to quinceaneras on down. I love to see the magic they bring to each event... and how beautiful they make life feel... if only for a while. The memories they create on the other hand, stay forever.
